A 3 cone trulli with lamia in a habitable condition (just) recently came on the market for 55,000€ with 3 acres. Of course the position and condition play a big part in setting the price, so viewing a good selection is important.

A nice country villa already renovated will set you back a bit more for example there is a 3 bedroom one on the market now for 185,000 euros with garage and garden near the town. A small historical studio flat (just outside the old town) with a stone vaulted ceiling that would make a superb holiday home is on the market now for 65,000 euros.
